Arlington, Va., April 16, 2025 \u2014 GTT Communications, Inc., a leading networking and security as a service provider for multinational organizations, has announced new investments in its European service delivery, service assurance and customer engagement strategy. GTT is building on strong Europe Division performance and the accelerated service delivery gains it has realized through automation enabled by the GTT Envision platform, which delivers a unified approach to connect, orchestrate, virtualize and automate enterprise networks.<\/p>\n
Advancing on continued momentum across Europe, GTT has:
\n\u2022 added over 170 new Enterprise and Wholesale customers in 2024 in its Europe Division.
\n\u2022 opened additional Points-of-Presence in Amsterdam, Milan and Lisbon.
\n\u2022 increased the speed of its global average service delivery by more than 14% in 2024, and added 2.5M \u201con-net\u201d addresses to its system to enhance quote automation and speed, taking its total to over 11M.
\n\u2022 developed new and expanded relationships with customers operating in the region, including Radisson Hotel Group, Kiabi and Siegwerk.
\n\u2022 received recognition for its high customer satisfaction, ranking among the top four providers for Network and Connectivity in independent research firm Whitelane\u2019s 2024\/2025 IT Sourcing study of more than 2,300 European IT decision-makers.<\/p>\n
These gains are driving the GTT Europe Division\u2019s transformation with new teams, reorganization and integration, including:
\n\u2022 a new pan-European Enterprise team, led by Richard Aspinall, SVP Enterprise, Europe, with responsibility for all EMEA and APAC Enterprise accounts.
\n\u2022 a new Wholesale team for the region, led by Mark de Haan, SVP Wholesale, Europe, overseeing EMEA and APAC Wholesale, Channel and Customer Success teams.
\n\u2022 a reorganized global Service Assurance organization, led by David Iannone, SVP Service Assurance. Service and technical operations experts are now aligned to a customer\u2019s set of products and technologies, enabling more specialization, faster support turnaround and greater customer satisfaction.
\n\u2022 the integration of Advanced Solutions, its long-standing cloud advisory consultancy, into its European Enterprise, Solutions Consulting and Professional Services teams. This embeds cloud management and hosting expertise within all customer-facing teams.<\/p>\n
